North Park 2015 Squirt White Claims Liberty Cup Title with Perfect Record

The North Park 2015 Squirt White team took the crown at the Liberty Cup in Philadelphia this past weekend, going undefeated throughout the tournament. Competing in the 10U B2 division, the team opened play with a hard-fought 6-4 win over the Hunterdon Bears. On Day 2, the team had an impressive shutout win over the Palisades Predators, and a late third-period goal against Team Philadelphia clinched the top seed heading into the playoffs.

A Day 3 finals rematch against Team Philadelphia was hard-fought, with back-and-forth action on both ends of the ice. But a solid team effort, with great offensive play and goaltending, sealed the "W," 4-1.
