North Park Partners With NY Rangers

Twenty-four professional and parent North Park coaches volunteered in late March for the New York Rangers' "12- Hour Hockey Challenge."  One of nine teams gathered, the North Park team enjoyed hockey from before 7:00 am until after 7:00 pm.

Joining North Park's roster was New York's own Brian Mullen, former NHL All-Star and an NCAA National Champion at Wisconsin.   North Park played with and against Topline's Boo Nieves, Adam Graves, Stephane Matteau, Derek Brassard, Marc Staal, Brian Boyle, Darren Langdon, Colton Orr and Wojtek Wolski.  Led by Coach Robert in goal (all day), North Park went 2-1-2, a nice NYC record.

The North Park volunteers raised over $22,000 for MSG's "Garden of Dreams" foundation, and the one-day event yielded over $210,000 in total support.  North Park is very thankful to be in position to support our partners, the New York Rangers + MSG, as we work together to build out the New York City hockey ecosystem.
