Financial Aid Application

Recognizing the escalating expenses associated with youth hockey travel, North Park has instituted a Financial Assistance Program to address requests for financial aid. The level of available funds and the applicant's demonstrated need will determine the extent of aid granted. Financial support may entail a revised payment schedule, partial tuition assistance, or exceptions to the tuition policy.

To complete the application process, North Park requires the following submissions:

• To be eligible for assistance consideration, a commitment fee of $500 must be submitted, along with the completion of your Crossbar registration
• Family information (refer to the PDF form, link below)
• The initial two pages of the 2022 and 2023 Federal Form 1040 Tax Returns for both parents, including those who are divorced
• Completed applications must be scanned and emailed to northparkfinancialaid@gmail.com
• Please note that equipment fees and travel fees are not included in tuition assistance

To be eligible, all required documents must be completed and submitted by March 21, 2024.
